Just wanted to share the GREAT NEWS with a few of you who have been praying with me during these difficult days the past several months..... the buyer CLOSED on my condo Wednesday night. I am NO LONGER the OWNER of this property. I will be contacting utility companies, State Farm insurance, Post Office, etc. etc. and walking AWAY from this property FREE and CLEAR. Thanks to GOD and the wonderful team of ANGELS that I found. If ANYONE of you or anyone you know is having a problem selling their home (short sale, regular sale, purchase, etc.) PLEASE PLEASE contact Dan and Traci Rochon with Keller Williams Realty in Alexandria Va. (they are licensed in VA, MD, and DC). Traci and her team are a GOD SEND and just as sweet, dedicated and patient as anyone could be. They listed my place in March, had 3 offers by April, negotiated with the banks during May and closed in June!! They are the BEST of all the REST! I'm doing my HAPPY DANCE! Thanks to all of you for your prayers, listening ears, shoulders to cry on and for just being there for me through losing my baby brother and this NIGHTMARE!!

Good Morning Traci et al,

I want to take this opportunity on behalf of my family and myself to thank you all very much for all the hard work, time, effort, patience and committment put into the process of the Short Sale. This is my first experience with Short Sale and I do not want to do it again. It has been difficult, stringent and the road has been long especially with the hard measures of the VA Loan. However, the end was a good one and we are all happy that it came to a good end.

Traci, please extend my thanks and appreciation to all your staff especially my dear Jennifer Mack. My wife and I recently completed the sale of our home, and we couldn't have done it without the help of Dan and Traci Consultants and their expert team. Our transaction was a short sale and dispite the difficult and frustrating process, Dan and Traci were there every step of the way pushing the bank, finding us a buyer and answering our questions. We had some issues at closing but Dan and Traci made everything work. If we had to do it again Dan and Traci Consultants are who we would want in our corner.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation toward Dan and Traci & Consultants and their entire team for doing such an incredible job on selling my mother's condominium in VA. My mother was caught in an upside down mortgage and lost her jobs due to her poor health condition at the age of 59. Due to her loss of income, my mother was unable to keep her mortgage current. She became extremely worry about what would happen to her and her home. My mother doesn't speak much English and I helped her to research her options. After some research, I decided to contact Dan and Traci & Consultants. I received a call back within 24 hours of my initial contact. Traci was extremely knowledgeable and explained the options to my mother and myself. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, Traci was incredibly warm and personable. She cared about my mother as a person and her well being. Traci was able to ease my mother's fear about the short sell process.

Within a month of listing with Dan and Traci & Consultants, we had an offer on 5/21/09. To say that the bank (Countrywide then Bank of American) that held my mother's mortgage was extremely difficult to work with was an understatement! The bank took six month to approve the sale. Then the buyer lost their financing. Traci was able to find an all cash backup offer immediately. Against all odds, she was able to get the deal approved in ONE day! We finally closed on the deal on 2/25/10. The whole process took over NINE months. Traci and her team kept us well informed and did everything you could ever hope from a Realtor and more. We received so much attention for a $70,000 sale! The deal would never have gone through if wasn't for all the hard work and expertise from Dan and Traci & Consultants
